This color gradient yarn is reminiscent of the beautiful warm summer evenings at the lake or in the garden. The warm colors of the bobbles are reminiscent of romantic sunsets on our beautiful Chiemsee or on the Adriatic Sea, which is not far from us.
But it is not just a yarn for airy summery work such as tunics, stoles or shawls, there are also autumnal colors , so loops, scarves, sweaters etc. can also be knitted and crocheted. There are no limits to imagination and creativity! Depending on how many threads you work with a Bobbel, the more likely it is that either a filigree piece with a summery character or something thicker and warmer is created.
The soft and flowing transition from one color to the next is characteristic of the gradient yarns and, unlike conventional balls, the transitions are knotted by hand. So the mini knots are not mistakes and you can simply crochet or knit over them completely invisibly.
The material is well suited for allergy sufferers and also for children because thanks to cotton and acrylic it is easily tolerated and very soft. It can be machine washed at 30° and keeps its shape beautifully. Just lay it in the form while it is still damp and let it dry. Another advantage is of course that in the best case you only have to sew up two threads, namely the one at the beginning and the one at the end, which is important for parts such as scarves, loops and shawls.
We do not recommend needles that are too sharp for knitting, because they can pierce between the individual threads more easily than those that are a little rounder. That's why, after trying out needles from different manufacturers, we decided on Addi products, which can also be found in our shop. The needles are a bit less sharp than others and the transition from rope to needle on circular knitting needles is very well worked, so that nothing gets caught.

Was bedeutet die Lauflänge?
Die angegebene Lauflänge ist immer die Länge des fertigen Garns — unabhängig davon, für wie viele Fäden du dich entscheidest. Bei 600 m bekommst du also 600 m Garn, ob 3-fädig oder 8-fädig.
Mit der Fädigkeit ändern sich Dicke und Gewicht, nicht die Länge.

Wie entsteht der Farbverlauf bei diesem Garn?
Jede Farbe wird bewusst ausgewählt und stammt aus einer eigenen Farbkone. Die Konen werden versetzt zusammengeführt und zu einem Garn gefacht — so entsteht der weiche Übergang, ohne dass gefärbt wird.
Wie lang ist die Lieferzeit?
In der Regel 3–5 Werktage ab Bestelleingang. Jedes Garn wird erst gewickelt, wenn deine Bestellung eingeht.
