Who doesn't know and love it: the magnolia tree or bush. Delicate colors, beautiful flowers that you can't get enough of. Our yarn "Magnolie" is based on this and in our opinion it is best suited for airy springtime or summery handicrafts. Whether it's a shawl, a summer scarf, a poncho or a tunic, jacket or pullover... that's a matter of taste and also depends on the manual skills of the industrious needlewoman. But the nice thing about the color gradient yarns is that you don't need a lot of patterns or frills, because the colors work themselves!
It's also up to you whether you prefer to make filigree works with 3 or 4 thready yarn or prefer something thicker. Both have their charm!
The same color gradient looks completely different in each work, because it has a different effect due to thinner or thicker yarn and the way you work - some prefer it fluffy, others prefer it tighter.The challenge with color gradient yarns is the arithmetic for items of clothing (e.g. pullovers). You can make things easier by ordering small bobbles and when they are finished you can continue with single color yarn. If you need smaller bobbles than the ones you can click on in our shop - just send us a message and we'll wrap them as you wish! Of course without extra charge. Of course we also wrap larger bobbles!
Our bobbles are easy to care for - the finished work can be washed in the washing machine at 30° and it is sufficient to simply lay it out to dry and pluck it into shape a bit. The part does not sag and is very dimensionally stable.
It is also well suited for baby clothes, as it is made of 50% cotton and 50% polyacrylic, ie it cannot scratch or cause allergies.
What you can produce is not limited - your imagination will certainly bring you 1001 ideas just waiting to be implemented!

Was bedeutet die Lauflänge?

Die angegebene Lauflänge ist immer die Länge des fertigen Garns — unabhängig davon, für wie viele Fäden du dich entscheidest. Bei 600 m bekommst du also 600 m Garn, ob 3-fädig oder 8-fädig.

Mit der Fädigkeit ändern sich Dicke und Gewicht, nicht die Länge.

Wie entsteht der Farbverlauf bei diesem Garn?

Jede Farbe wird bewusst ausgewählt und stammt aus einer eigenen Farbkone. Die Konen werden versetzt zusammengeführt und zu einem Garn gefacht — so entsteht der weiche Übergang, ohne dass gefärbt wird.
